
Allison Stricklen grew up in Houston, Texas and moved to Austin, Texas in 1997 to attend The University of Texas and has been here ever since. She holds two degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Journalism. Allison is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP from the Project Management Institute) and also holds her Expert Certification in Critical Chain Project Management Methodology from ProChain Solutions.

She currently works as a Program Manager at NXP Semiconductors training and guiding other Project and Program Managers on the Critical Chain Methodology and assisting them with their project schedule network builds. Allison really enjoys this job because she absolutely loves a good challenge and every project comes with its own challenges. Allison is skilled at successfully managing projects on time, within budget all while managing the various risks and issues that always pop up along the way.

Ever since she can remember, Allison has been an extremely organized and task-oriented individual. Her brain just thinks that way naturally. Her experience in organizing comes from a life-long habit of assigning meaningful spaces for all her belongings and doing this in a way that makes keeping everything neat and tidy. She loves the thrill of going through homes, room by room to declutter and organize each space. She has also done a lot of reading, research and training on professional organizing and time management techniques.

Allison is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and a member of the NAPO Austin chapter. Because of that, she has agreed to adhere to the NAPO Code of Ethics. It is her duty to treat all her clients with kindness and respect and to keep client discussions and work together confidential.

Allison resides in Southwest Austin with her husband, Nate Stricklen, three children, a crazy goldendoodle and a super-protective Great Pyrenees. When she finds free time Allison enjoys playing with her children, cooking, reading, traveling, trying new restaurants and always enjoys learning new things.
